Ordering and Delivery Information:
- How can I set up an account with Beekley? Setting up an account with Beekley is easy. Simply contact our Customer Care Team at

- How can I place an order with Beekley? For your convenience you may place order with Beekley via phone, fax or internet:

- What is your minimum order? Beekley does not require a minimum number of boxes to be ordered at any one time. You may order as little as one box of product or choose to take advantage of our “Combine and Save” program for quantity discount tier.
- What exactly does “Combine and Save” mean? “Combine and Save” applies to all Beekley SPOTS® brand radiology skin markers, allows you to mix and match products across modalities to secure the best quantity discount pricing. For example - if you order 5 boxes of any Mammography SPOTS and 5 Boxes of any MR-SPOTS you receive the applicable 10 box pricing for each item. For more details, contact your Sales Specialist or Beekley’s Customer Care Team at 1-800-233-5539.
- When can I expect delivery of my order? Beekley utilizes FedEx as our preferred shipper and guarantees delivery within the United States in 4 business days or less upon receipt of your order.
- What if I need my order next day? You may always request a shipping upgrade when placing your order. Please note that your order must be received by Beekley before 2:20pm Eastern Time in order to ship overnight.
- What happens if my purchase is on backorder? You will never experience a backorder with Beekley. All products are guaranteed to be delivered within 4 business days or less upon receipt of your order. Please note that outstanding unpaid invoices may affect the release of your order for shipment.
- Can I arrange for recurring shipments on products I order frequently throughout the year? Yes. PASS, Beekley’s Pre-arranged Shipping Service allows you to manage your budget and inventory by scheduling shipments in advance. For further details, please contact your Sales Specialist at 1-800-233-5539.
- Can I use my own shipping account? Yes. You may choose to use your own shipping account number with either UPS or FedEx. Please note that your invoice will still reflect a $5.00 handling charge ($7.95 for international orders) and that terms of delivery may differ under your shipping account, Beekley cannot guarantee your delivery within 4 business days. Please contact Beekley’s Customer care Team at 1-800-233-5539 or +1-860-583-4700 for further details.
- Who can I contact if I have questions about my order? If you have any questions about your order, you may contact Beekley’s Customer Care Team at 1-800-233-5539 or +1-860-583-4700. You may also email your questions to info@beekley.com.
- If I ever need to return or exchange product, who can I start this process with? All Beekley products are guaranteed 100% to perform as promised. Should you ever need to return or exchange product for any reason, please call 1-800-233-5539 or +1-860- 583-4700 to make arrangements for returning product to Beekley with either your Sales Specialist or one of Beekley’s Customer Care Specialists. You may also email info@beekley.com.
- Do you charge a restocking fee for returns? No. All Beekley products are guaranteed 100% to perform as promised. Returns or exchanges are accepted at anytime without penalty.
- Can I buy Beekley products from another vendor? No, Beekley is the sole distributor of all Beekley products within the United States. Avoid imitators who claim to sell Beekley products - if you are US based and are not purchasing directly from Beekley; you are not receiving authentic Beekley products.
- Can I purchase authentic Beekley products outside the US? Yes, Beekley has a wide network of approved distributors in many parts of the world including Canada, South America, Europe, the Middle East, the Pacific Rim and Asia. To learn of a distributor in your area, please e-mail international@beekley.com; Canadian Customers click here. If there is not a distributor in your area, you may also purchase directly from Beekley.

- How can I obtain MSDS information on your products? Please email your request specifying product(s) concerned to info@beekley.com. You may also call 1-800-233-5539 or +1-860-583-4700 to speak directly to a Customer Care Specialist.
- How can I obtain a written statement that your products are Latex –free? Please email your request to info@beekley.com. You may also call 1-800-233-5539 or +1-860-583-4700 to speak directly to a Customer Care Specialist.
- How do your skin marker products dispense? Beekley packages all skin marking products in round, see-through sturdy plastic dispensers designed for jam-free removal of markers. Click here to learn more International Customers – please note this dispensing system is not available outside the US and Canada.
- Do you offer free wall mounts for the plastic dispensers? Yes – we offer both single unit and multi –unit wall mounts to our customers at no charge (click here to learn more). To request wall mounts for your Beekley Products, please contact your Sales Specialist or Beekley’s Customer Care team at 1-800-233-5539 or +1-860-583-4700. You may also email your request to info@beekley.com. International Customers – please note this dispensing system is not available outside the US and Canada.
- Is your plastic packaging recyclable? Yes, our dispensers are made from #6 recyclable plastic.
