Career Opportunity for Account Executives in the hospitality sales
Entry-Level or Experienced
A/E’s are responsible for developing and managing new and existing accounts. Sales success is achieved from making outbound calls and asking questions that will create new sales opportunities and ultimately lead to meeting or exceeding revenue goals. We are projecting significant growth, in our hospitality brands and are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic sales associate to join us and participate in an exciting growth year.
Position Highlights: - Inside Sales

- 50 % (+) established business-placing repeat orders, which result in commissions

Performance Expectations:
Sell on the value & benefits of our customized FastTag products
Meet/Exceed the protected territory's revenue goal by making outbound calls, maintaining existing relationships and building new ones
Achieve productivity goals established for the designated territory and/or product campaign.
Specifically, prospecting and starting new sales processes with both new and existing customers.
Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for both quantity and quality of work
Track results against goals and other information that identify industry/territory trends
Partner with graphic design to create or update product proofs, for new customers and new products, based on the needs of the client and according to their specifications and our capabilities
Prepare orders so they may be entered, run, and shipped to meet or exceed customer expectations
Research information utilizing the Internet, trade journals, industry contacts/resources etc. to uncover potential selling opportunities and “new” industry information
Continuously improve sales skills through improvement feedback, articles, or books
Continuously increase hospitality industry knowledge through calls, trade magazines, websites and trade shows
Must Have's:
Sales experience preferred but willing to train the right person; related hospitality experience a plus; experience providing a high level of customer service a must.
Customer-orientation: Willing to do whatever it takes to ensure our customer needs are met.
Goal-orientation: Driven and demonstrates a sense of urgency and focus on accomplishing goals
Detail-orientation: Have examples of projects that required attention to detail.
Communication: Speaks clearly, and sounds professional over the phone and in person; persuasive communication skills; Spanish as a second language is a plus.
Time Management: Must be able to prioritize daily tasks in order of importance; Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.

Self-disciplined: Ability to set goals and achieve them independently; motivated to develop and enhance sales skills and knowledge
Demonstrated Computer Literacy: Basic keyboard skills and understanding of Windows based applications including MS Office
