The following information is a brief
overview of our current benefits. Because we are operating
in a dynamic environment and always looking for ways
to better to meet the needs of both the Associate and
the corporation, some of the policies and benefit programs
currently in effect may be revised, suspended or eliminated
by Beekley Corporation in response to business needs
or changing legal requirements.
Compensation
We offer competitive compensation, which includes base
pay, weekly commissions plus incentive compensation
plans that provide bonuses for value-added performance.
Benefits
Medical: Our goal is to offer medical
benefits that provide good health care and support our
plan to keep you healthy. In addition to health care
programs, we are offered a wide range of value-added
programs, which provide health-related discounts, Prevention,
Health Education, and Awareness Programs.
In an effort to satisfy our associate needs, we offer
two Cigna Point of Service health plans. Together these
plans offer comprehensive services through contracted physicians
and medical facilities. Most services are covered in full with
minimal co-payment. The A plan provides associates the flexibility
to access their benefits in two-different ways:
- In-network: You can maximize
your benefits and minimize your out-of-pocket
costs and paperwork, when a participating provider
delivers care.
- Out-of-Network: If you wish
to seek care from a physician who does not participate
with the plan, you'll still be covered for designated
services after meeting a deductible and paying
coinsurance.
Prescription Drug Program:
We offer a 3-tiered plan that provides coverage for
three types of prescription drugs with different levels
of co-payments. Prescriptions are available from your
local pharmacy, or via, the mail-service program.
Vision: We offer a Cigna vision
rider that provides annual vision exam coverage.
Dental: MetLife provides our dental plan
including coverage for services that are necessary for the
diagnosis, prevention or correction of dental disease, defect
or injury. The plan covers the reasonable and customary
expenses incurred for these dental services.
Long-term Disability Insurance: Beekley
offers an income protection benefit, for a qualified
disability, that requires an Associate to be absent
from work for an extended period of time.
Short-term Disability Insurance: Beekley
provides a program offering up to five weeks of salary
continuation, paid at a percentage of the Associates
salary.
Life Insurance: Beekley provides a
non-contributory, life insurance benefit.
Wellness Program: Beekley Corporation is
committed to employee wellness. We "lunch and learn".
We conduct an annual Health fair as well as provide a
variety of information and health related services.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan: We
offer a retirement savings plan that gives you the opportunity
to invest up to the maximum amount of your earnings
allowed by law, matched by corporate contributions of
75% on the first 6% of your deferral. You are 100% vested
in employer matching contributions beginning with your
enrollment in the plan.
Profit Sharing Plan: Beekley Corporation
supports your retirement savings effort by making an
annual discretionary contribution based on profitability.
This plan is subject to a vesting schedule.
Paid Time Off: Paid Holidays, Vacation,
Discretionary and Quarterly Flex-time are all ways Associates
can rest, relax, rejuvenate and respond to personal
needs. We even have a Wedding Gift, of one and one-half
days paid time off, for all associate's first weddings.
AAA Membership: We enroll all associates
annually as a, basic member with AAA.
Continuous Learning: "Good enough
isn't." Continuous learning is an integral part
of our culture at Beekley. It is both a benefit and
an expectation. Every Associate participates in, and
is responsible for, training and continuously improving.
Our goal is to dedicate approximately 10% of each Associates
time to personal and professional development.
