Career Opportunity for a Recruiting Specialist / Human Assets Partner

Position Summary:


As the Recruiting Specialist you are responsible for recruiting and hiring only those identified as having the potential to be the Best Beekley Associates; with a consistent focus on Sales Specialists. The key to success in this position is hiring the right person for the right role, using all available methods and tools; involving the hiring team to ensure we make the best decisions; maintaining 100% sales base coverage; and demonstrating retention leadership to promote positive corporate and associate relations.

 

Structure and Interfaces:


As the Recruiting Specialist you will report to the Director of Human Assets. You will work closely with the Medical Sales hiring manager; the Custom Products Manager to fulfill all FastTag hiring needs; and members designated as part of the hiring team.

Responsibilities Include:

Consistent Recruiting, i.e., writing, placing, and budgeting for recruitment advertising; proactively targeting candidates through Internet recruiting, advertising, college connections and networking; coordinating all hiring team activities; maximizing potential of print and on-line recruiting campaigns; networking with other professionals in the field to keep updated on the latest recruiting trends.

Reporting, i.e., weekly, monthly and annually on recruiting activity, hiring progress, and performance to goals, i.e., ISO and those driven by your performance profile.

Implementing and using systems and assessments to track recruiting activity, report on that activity, make hiring recommendations based on the information gathered and interpreted.

Extending all position offers; be the reference checking expert.

Must Have’s:

Prefer 5 years or less of recruiting success!

Career orientation; this role will follow the path to Recruiting Manager and ultimately to Human Resources Manager.
